Yesterday I went to watched Ombak Rindu, supposely adaptation from a famous novel with the same title. Well honestly I never heard of that novel before~ being more into Tolkienish & Artakusiad fan.
By the way dont ask me why I went for this movie as it's not the typical movie I like.
Ombak Rindu, since its Malay movie, can be said as very good. A strong story with good acting and best of all, good scenery. Its quite rare to find a movie like this. The soundtrack though not many but very nice and heart-catching.All is fine and dandy except for one stupid reporter @ the airport scene.
But all in all, this is quite a good to spend money for. So next step is... get the DVD version.
If I sounded harsh in Malay movie, don't blame me. Blame all the experienced I got from watching all those horrid show that shouldn't be allowed to appear even on Spektra. To those doesn't know what Spektra is... it's stock drama, mostly crappy one, broadcasted every weekdays on RTM1 @ 7pm.
Hahaha anyway Majulah Seni Filem Malaysia supaya aku xrse sgt membazir $$$ ble g tgk wayang.
