Anwar is free...
So the verdict is out. Anwar is not guilty and all the charges has been dismissed.
It's said by the Honorable Judge Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah :" After going through the evidence, the court could not be 100% certain that integrity of DNA samples was not compromised, and finds that it is not safe to rely on DNA evidence . As such, court is left only with Saiful's testimony. As this is a sexual crime, the court is reluctant to convict based entirely on Saiful's testimony, which is uncorroborated. The accused is thus acquitted and discharged."
So now a few questions remain still ...
- After this, can we say that Malaysia's court truly free?
- Will other people will demand the same treatment from the Court?
- What gonna happen to Saiful?
- Will the BN supporter accept the verdict?
- and lastly will it do anything to my life ?
